1) Acceptance
By applying to or participating in the Polished Brides Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms as well as our website Terms & Privacy Policy. If there’s a conflict, these Terms control for the Program.

2) Eligibility & Approval
You must be 18+ and operate active, compliant marketing channels. We may approve/deny applications at our sole discretion and may request changes or removal of content at any time.

3) Account & Conduct
You’re responsible for your login and all activity under your account. No unlawful, misleading, or deceptive practices.

4) Links, Coupons & Attribution
-You’ll receive a unique referral link (and, if enabled, a personal coupon code) generated by our affiliate platform (GoAffPro).

- Cookie window: 60 days. If a referred customer purchases within 60 days of clicking your link (or using your code, if configured), the order is attributed to you under the platform’s “last eligible click / approved coupon” logic.

- Do not alter tracking parameters, use link cloakers that hide disclosures, or stuff cookies.

5) Commission & Payouts
- Base commission: 15% of net product price (excludes taxes, shipping, discounts, and gift cards).

- Hold period: 30-days after order is fulfilled to account for refunds/chargebacks.

- Minimum payout: $50.

- Payout method: PayPal (store credit or bank transfer may be offered at our discretion).

- Cancelled/refunded/fraudulent orders are not commissionable (or will be reversed).

6) Promotion Rules (What’s Not Allowed)
-No bidding on our brand or URL (including misspellings) in paid search or social ads.

- No spam, mass unsolicited DMs/emails, coupon-site listing with no original content, or “cashback arbitrage.”

- No false health/earnings claims or misrepresentation that you are Polished Brides.

- No copying of our site or using our trademarks in domains, handles, or ads in a way that implies official ownership.

7) Content & Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use our approved logos/images for Program promotion. Don’t modify trademarks. Remove any materials upon our request.

8) FTC Disclosures (Required)
You must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure before or near every affiliate link, coupon, or endorsement (not hidden in a footer or behind “more”). Examples you can use:

- “As a Polished Brides partner, I may earn a commission if you purchase.”

- “Paid partnership with Polished Brides.”

- Short form (place at the start): “#ad”, “#affiliate”.
For video/audio, the disclosure must be audible and visible on screen.

9) Email, SMS & Platform Policies
Comply with CAN-SPAM (email), TCPA (SMS, if applicable), and each platform’s advertising rules. Respect consumer privacy.

10) Self-Purchases & Internal Orders
Self-purchases are not commissionable unless we explicitly approve in writing.

11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for breach, brand risk, or inactivity. Upon termination, stop using Program links/coupons/assets immediately.

12) Changes to the Program
We may update rates, rules, or these Terms. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.

13) Independent Contractor
You are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Polished Brides.

14) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to commissions due but unpaid.

15) Governing Law & Contact
This Program is governed by the laws of California, USA.
